YUMA, Ariz. - Arizona Western women's basketball player Garance Soulas is named this week's Chapman Yuma "Player of the Week." The freshman guard turned in a solid performance during the Lady Matadors’ recent three game road trip in Texas, scoring in double figures in two of the three games Arizona Western played at Odessa College. Soulas scored a collegiate high 12 points in the Lady Matadors 78-74 loss to Midland College on November 5th, then set a new scoring high with 20 points in AWC’s 83-81 win over New Mexico Junior College on November 6th.
