YUMA, Ariz. - Arizona Western Volleyball player Joyce Crosby is this week's Chapman Yuma "Player of the Week." The sophomore captain from West Valley, Utah, helped the Lady Matadors to a weekend sweep over ACCAC rival College of Southern Nevada. The middle blocker tallied seven kills in Friday night's win with a kill percentage of .417. On Saturday, Crosby added three service aces, three kills, three digs and two block assists in the Lady Matadors win. Arizona Western is now on a three match win streak and end their regular season this Wednesday at Central Arizona. The Lady Matadors will follow the regualr season finale with the Region 1 Semi-finals and again face Central Arizona on the road on Monday, November 3rd.
