YUMA, Ariz. - Arizona Western women's basketball player Queren Loubaki is this week's Chapman Yuma Player of the Week. The freshman forward from France tied a collegiate career high 10 points and set a new personal best with seven rebounds in the Lady Matadors 72-39 win over the College of Southern Nevada on Saturday, January 17th. Loubaki shot 4 of 6 from the field and 2 of 3 from the free throw line as the Lady Matadors extended their win streak to five games. Arizona Western is also undefeated in ACCAC play (10-7, 3-0) which is tied for the conference lead. Loubaki and the Lady Matadors will next be in action this Wednesday, January 21st, when they travel to Yavapai, tip-off is set for 5:30 p.m. MST.
