Jeremi and Wiktor Kwiatkowski sign to play at four-year institutions

YUMA, Ariz. – Arizona Western College Matadors Men’s Soccer sophomores Jeremi and Wiktor Kwiatkowski have signed to continue their collegiate careers at four-year institutions with Jeremi signing with McKendree University and Wiktor signing with Northern Illinois University.

Jeremi Kwiatkowski will continue his career at McKendree University after playing in 12 games and making seven starts for the Matadors this past fall, helping the Matadors to Region I and West District Championships. Jeremi scored a goal in a 14-0 win over Imperial Valley College on October 20. The defender from Belgium made a start in a 3-0 win over LSU-Eunice in the NJCAA DI Men’s Soccer Championship on November 14.

McKendree University is an NCAA DII institution located in St. Louis, Mo. The Bearcats compete in the Great Lakes Valley Conference and went 12-2-7 this past fall, advancing to the Round of 16 in the NCAA DII Men’s Soccer National Tournament.

Wiktor Kwiatkowski will continue his career at Northern Illinois University after playing in 15 games, starting 13 in his sophomore season with the Matadors, scoring a goal while helping the Matadors to their third straight appearance in the NJCAA DI Men’s Soccer Championships.

The sophomore defender from Belgium scored a goal in a 9-0 win over GateWay on October 14 and started the final nine games of the season, including all three games at the NJCAA DI Men’s Soccer Championships.

Northern Illinois University is an NCAA DI institution located in DeKalb, Ill. The Huskies compete in the Missouri Valley Conference and went 7-9-1 this past fall, advancing to the second round of the Missouri Valley Tournament.
